Yes, you need to sort your recyclables. We only received clean, separate and dry recyclables to ensure that our volunteers can take care of processing the materials at our facility.
Pick up days are Thursdays and schedules vary depending on your location and the type of service you require.
Our customer service team will notify your days through our whatsapps community group once we confirm that you are a member of the membership.
You can pay in cash, bitcoin, bank transfer and direct payment in our online shop.
Contact our customer service team for more information about our payment methods or visit our shop here.
The collected recyclables are taken to our facility where they are sorted, processed, and prepared for recycling.
Plastic #2 and #5 are used in Inoceanna facilities, where together we coordinate the Precious Plastic Project, creating new objects out of recycled plastic from the pick-up and our monthly beach clean-ups.
We work with trusted recycling partners to ensure that the remaining materials are reused or repurposed responsibly.
If you are interested in recycled materials, please contact our customer service team for more information about our available recyclables.
